Dean Hunter is the President and CEO of The Small Multifamily Owners Association. Dean is an experienced multifamily investment sales and financing broker. Hunter is the Manager of The Urban Commercial Group, a boutique commercial real estate company specializing In multifamily and net lease investment sales. Hunter has worked as legislative counsel for several members of the D.C. Council. He is a graduate of American University and Howard School of Law.
Richard Bianco, General Counsel
Richard Bianco is the General Counsel of The Small Multifamily Owners Association. Rich is an accomplished litigator and the Managing Member of RJB Law, a Washington, D.C. based firm specializing in real estate, landlord and tenant, association representation, and litigation. Bianco is a graduate of Moravian College and Rutgers Law School.
